A CAPTIVATING FIRST-PERSON HORROR EXPERIENCE IN THE MAKING.
In the late 1980s, The Haven Institution was founded with the sole intention of advancing medical science and exploring the limits of human potential. The original goal was a noble one: to pioneer breakthroughs in mental health and trauma recovery, offering hope to a world in desperate need of change. The facility garnered the best minds in psychology, neuroscience, and medicine, operating under government funds to keep their ambitions afloat. But ambition has its cost.​

As decades passed, so did the facility's sights on positive change. What began as a passion for humanitarian research soon spiraled into something far more malevolent. Beneath the intricate facade the facility maintained for decades, Haven delved into newer methods of research—sick, twisted, and outright inhumane—all to strive for "perfection." Fueled by their new motives, Euphorium—a chemical (and largely unstable) compound said to access untapped potential through controlled suffering and unpredictable results—became their holy grail. The doctors shifted from healers to experimenters, blurring the lines between therapy and torture, reducing patients to mere lab rats.

THE OVERSEER
The architect of the Haven Institution's "therapy" program. A brilliant yet deeply twisted psychologist, she oversees every experiment with a cold detachment that unnerves even the staff.
Believing that pain leads to enlightenment, Vane sees her patients as nothing more than lab rats for her morbid pursuit of perfection. Her methods speak volumes... terrifying ones.

Dr. Viktor Harker is the Haven Institution's chief surgeon, a title he wears with pride. Cold and unflinching, Harker treats patients like living experiments, carving away their humanity to make way for his grotesque creations.
A loyal ally to Vane, he believes his hands can sculpt perfection... but perfection often screams.


EUPHORIUM OPERATIVES
THE SILENT WORKFORCE
The unseen lifeblood of the Haven Institution, Euphorium Operatives toil in alliance to extract and package the malevolent compound Euphorium.
Hidden behind respirators and layers of protective gear, they are as much prisoners of the institution as the patients they unwittingly serve.


CRIMSON INSURGENCY
THE ENFORCERS
Tasked with maintaining control withing the Haven Institution, the Crimson Insurgency are a paramilinary force operating with unflinching loyalty. Heavily armed and ever-vigilant, they ensure the Institution's dark agenda remains uninterrupted.
These operatives are more than just guards, they are the shadows that patrol the corridors, upholding the grim order. To them, morality is a luxury they cannot afford.
